St.Helens R.F.C. and the Totally Wicked Stadium are delighted to be nominated for three prizes in The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards 2025!
Taking place at the home of Brighton & Hove Albion FC in July and sponsored by Global Payments, the awards event itself bring together 70+ sporting clubs for the dinner and ceremony.
The aim of the prestigious event is to recognise the efforts and dedication shown by the catering, conference and events teams at UK sporting venues such as rugby, football or cricket. And in 2025 it is the 18th annual awards event – organised by Stadium Experience.
General Manager at Saints, Dave Hutchinson paid credit to our Stadium, Events & Hospitality staff and said: “It is wonderful recognition for the Totally Wicked Stadium and the people we have in our operation, to be recognised and in the running for these three awards, and we thank and say a huge well done to our staff.

The Visiting Directors Award categories are voted for by Directors at each club. They are asked to nominate the club where they had the best away experience when travelling with their team. They are specifically asked to consider the welcome, service and catering when casting their votes.
Matchday Hospitality Award – Sponsored by Lockhart Catering Equipment, ACME and Chefs & Events Staffing
Experienced chef and hospitality experts attend each venue to try out their matchday offering. Each element is carefully considered and scored against strict criteria.
Overall Matchday Hospitality Award – Presented by Global Payments Inc.
This award pitches all sized clubs against all, to announce the overall winning UK stadium that provides the very best matchday hospitality experience.
