Morgan Knowles has been charged by the Match Review Panel following last Saturday night's Betfred Super League Round 2 match against Castleford Tigers.
Knowles has been issued 1 Penalty Point for a Grade A ‘Head Contact’ offence in the fixture, and means his total Penalty Points tally from the last twelve months is now registered at 1 points.
The Saints’ loose-forward came off the field shortly after the half-hour mark due to a Head Injury Assessment which he subsequently failed and means he must be stood down for selection for 11 days from the day of the incident, and then he may be able to return from day 12 onwards. Therefore, Knowles will not be available for selection against Wakefield Trinity this weekend.
Charges are under the new on-field sentencing guidelines which have been introduced for 2025.
