For the third time inside six weeks, the Saints will face Warrington Wolves, this time in the Betfred Super League at the Halliwell Jones Stadium on Thursday, 24th April with kick-off scheduled for 8pm.
It is the final chapter of this recent trilogy of matches between the Saints and the Wolves, and Paul Wellens’ men will be charged up to ensure this result goes in our favour closing defeats in the home league match in March, and the away Quarter Final Challenge Cup fixture at the start of April.
Both matches have been tight, tense affairs, with Sam Burgess’ Warrington side just getting the edge to victory by two and eight points respectively.
St.Helens have further motivation, as if it was needed, to get a positive result at the home of the Wire, after suffering an away loss in The Derby to Wigan Warriors on Good Friday. Despite a spirited fightback from 18-2 down, the Red V went on to lose 24-14 – a result which will no doubt leave Saints stinging and itching to get back out on the field to improve.
Warrington also lost their Easter match, away to Leigh Leopards 18-14, leaving the Wolves placed ninth in the Super League standings heading into Round 9.
One week out from MAGIC WKND, the Super League annual summer festival, the Saints will be seeking a return to positive form and stop a run of results against the Wolves.
It is St.Helens’ first Thursday night fixture of the season, and with a shorter turnaround than most weeks, our support in the away stand at the Halliwell Jones Stadium will mean even more to the team.
Over 2,300 members of the Saints faithful went across to one our neighbours just three weeks ago, and we would love to have a packed out away end once more on Thursday night!

Tickets will be available to purchase online here, via the Ticket Office or over the phone on 01744 455052. Saints’ tickets sold through the Club will be coming off sale at: 1pm on Thursday, 24th April 2025.
Any Saints match tickets that have chosen to be collected from the Saints Ticket Office that have not been collected by 1pm on Thursday, 24th April 2025 will need to be collected from Warrington Wolves’ Ticket Office on game day.
Junior Members can access £5 tickets for all away games, subject to availability (2025 Members will need to login to purchase)

Travel is priced at £13 for 2025 Members and £14 for Non-Members, the bus will depart the Totally Wicked Stadium at 6:30pm on Thursday, 24th April 2025.
