Coming into the game we confirmed we would be without Harry Robertson and, while they both played in the game, Joe Batchelor and Daryl CLark were both carrying knocks through the week. George Whitby however would retain his place in the team following a delightful performance against Wakefield last week.
Wigan would also come into the game with their own injury worries, missing former Saint Luke Thompson, but would be high on confidence having come out on top over this season’s pace setters Hull KR last week.
Following what appears to be a trend at the moment for us, we again would go through some adversity in the game, losing Joe Batchelor to a hamstring injury, and Jon Bennison having to leave the field for a HIA.
