ASW Solicitors 2026 Australia Academy Tour: Taking Centre Stage Forum

On Tuesday, 8th April 2025, three Saints centres will take to the stage for a special event in support of the ASW Solicitors 2026 Australia Academy Tour!

Three generations of S-Men will unite for a unique and insightful forum event in the Hall of Fame lounge at the Home of the Saints – the Totally Wicked Stadium!

All three men are home-grown players that have graced our three-quarters and will be telling stories and answering questions on a night not to be missed.

Our ‘Taking Centre Stage’ Forum panel will be made up of:

  • Paul Loughlin – 297 appearances, 2004 points score with 80 tries and 842 goals converted, plus ‘Lockers’ holds the record for most points scored for the Saints in a single match (2 tries and 16 goals)
  • Mark Percival – a modern-day legend who is a true star centre of the Super League – ‘Percy’ has 249 appearances, 124 tries and 376 goals to his record so far with the plan to keep adding more and more on, with more silverware too boot too
  • Harry Robertson – one of the hottest young talents in rugby league – ‘Robbo’ is own just starting his Saints journey, and this season has taken to the centre spot in flying fashion – with six tries in the opening four games of 2025

Why support our Tour?

Over the last twenty years, eight Saints Tours have been arranged with the goal always to help develop more young players to become future stars of St.Helens R.F.C. Just look at a list of some of our Tourists; Jonny Lomax, Tommy Makinson, Mark Percival, Morgan Knowles, Matty Lees, and Jack Welsby to name just some of the young men who went down under as an Under 18 Saint.

The 2026 Tourists will get the chance to train and live like full-time professional athletes while on tour, working in top-class facilities with our staff; who will get far more time to work with them, educate and develop them not just as players but as young men off the field too.

The tour will see our Saints Academy take on three competitive fixtures against NRL clubs, culminating with a big clash against Penrith Panthers in the final game, as has become a tradition on our tours.

It is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for these youngsters to enjoy the country of Australia and all its culture, and our Saints will get to build bonds as teammates that they will hold on to and look back on fondly, forever.

How can I donate to the tour?

Our campaign’s GoFundMe page is set up to make it easy for supporters to donate online!
