Head Coach Paul Wellens has announced his 21-man St.Helens squad that will face Warrington Wolves on Friday night at the Totally Wicked Stadium!

It is a double header match day at the Home of the Saints with our Academy and First Team both in action against Warrington. Come down to the ground early and support our young Saints who might just be stars of our future!

The Saints are back at home for a third successive Friday night, looking to make it back-to-back wins following last week’s Challenge Cup win against Leeds Rhinos, 22-14. Meanwhile, Warrington came from behind last time out against local rivals Widnes Vikings 16-26 to book their spot in the last eight of the Cup.
Friday night will be the first of three meetings over the next six weeks between the Saints and the Wolves, following Monday night’s Betfred Challenge Cup Quarter Final draw. St.Helens go to the Halliwell Jones Stadium to fight for a Semi Final spot on Sunday, 6th April – with tickets on sale now. To close out April, the Red V go to the Wolves ground again on Thursday, 24th April for Round 9 of Super League.
On Friday night, we are hosting a celebration of the Saints’ ten Super League titles, since the inaugural season of the competition back in 1996! Special guests and representatives from some of the legendary teams will be present as part of our evening’s festivities.

Paul Wellens makes three changes to the squad that he named for last week’s victory over the Leeds Rhinos.
Kyle Feldt is set for a spell on the sidelines following a hand injury which requires surgery, whilst Joe Batchelor is also unavailable for this fixture due to a failed Head Injury Assessment in last week’s game. Jake Burns is the third Saint to step out of the squad.
In come Ben Davies, George Whitby and Dayon Sambou, and should Sambou feature for the Red V it would mark his official St.Helens debut.
