Win, lose or draw Saints will be embarking on an open top bus tour on Sunday.

The bus will be leaving the Thistle Hotel at 3.00pm and is scheduled to arrive at the Town Hall for around 5.30pm.

There will be a stage erected at the Town Hall and two bands – The Shims and Murmurs of Tension will entertain the crowds as they wait for what hopefully will be a glorious parade.

The route:

Depart Thistle Hotel at 3.00 p.m.

Left from Hotel into Penny Lane, Clipsley Lane, West End Road Haydock.

Then left into Blackbrook Road, Blackbrook to Park Road and Fingerpost.

Left into Parr Stocks Road, right into Fleet Lane, right into Concourse Way.

Left into Berry’s Lane, Parr then left into Watery Lane.

Left into Junction Lane, right into Station Road, Robins Lane, Sutton then left into Marshalls Cross Road.

Right into Elton Head Road to ‘T’ Junction then right into Rainhill Road, Nutgrove Road, South Street, Thatto Heath Road, Lugsmore Lane, Thatto Heath.

Then right into Prescot Road, West Park.

Left into Dunriding Lane, left into Knowsley Road, Newtown, right into Mill Brow, right into Millbrook Lane, right into Kiln Lane, Eccleston.

Then right into Greenfield Road, Dentons Green Lane, Duke Street, Corporation Street to Town Hall.
