Daniel Anderson believes his charges will be fully prepared and ready for the Leeds Rhinos’ challenge this Saturday.
Saints take on Super League’s second placed team at the Galpharm Stadium in the Carnegie Challenge Cup Semi Final for the right to meet either Hull or Wakefield at Wembley in August.
Saints are chasing their third final in a row, which would be a club record, and their 15th win in a row in the Challenge Cup.
“It will be a difficult and challenging match,” he said. “They are a classy team. Both teams are similar in terms of make up with internationals and a smattering of young players.
“We are evenly matched, both like to play rugby league and if the weather is good you won’t be able to stop the players showing their skill.

“We will be ready on Saturday. We have been playing with enthusiasm and class in our last few games. You can’t question our motivations in the last three months.
“We are keen to be in the big game at Wembley. There isn’t any shortage or dilution of motivation or hunger to be in the big games.
“The Challenge Cup has been well represented by this club in its history. The players know how traditional the competition is and have enjoyed their time in the finals.
“We don’t have a right to be there, but we desperately want to be there.”
Saints are expecting to be healthy on Saturday, with Paul Clough being brought back into the reckoning after being rested against Wigan.
